Just wanted to ask your opinion on these two manifolds for the Ford RS Turbo. In terms of flow rate which do you think as the better shape? Top pic is a RS Turbo series 1 inlet manifold
Bottom pic is RS Turbo series 2 inlet manifold

sorry but I don't know.
I'd be looking for comparative flows if I was making a judgement there, that being a function of length and entry/runner diameters, internal surface finish. There could be differences in length according to engine setup, don't know.
Certainly from a tuning point of view having a joint in the upper one might help any porting work that might be needed..
