Hi Guy,
Thanks for welcoming me to your great forum!
The Walter Rohrl connection comes from the car, it is a Walter Rohrl edition 131 Racing (essentially a standard Racing but with a few aesthetic additions) It has the signature plates on the C pillar, but over time has lost the bonnet signature and roof spoiler.
The engine shots i have are over a year old, so i'll dust off my camera this weekend and give some more detailed up close shots. In a nutshell, the throttle bodies were provided by "injection perfection", a specialist place in Sydney. The wiring and connections is courtesy of a Holden Commodore (GM Australia for those playing at home), so the parts are readily available and easily replaceable.
Performance wise, the car is quite impressive, i think a few bhp have escaped the pen since 2000, but the previous owner states it was rated around 180hp (i'm assuming at the flywheel) when built. I can at least say that it is more than equal to a current model toyota celica (which is rated at around 190hp as far as i'm aware). The induction noise is truly something to behold, it's not the most subtle car i can assure you.
I will certainly take a few upclose shots this weekend and try and put together a bit of a detailed history of it for members (and visitors) alike, in the mean time is a close up of the engine bay i took last year.
thank you,
Evan

my 131 g4 replica
Hi Guy ,
it is for my friend called " Stello Motoring" Dealer & importer of racing parts and accessories like "Kent cams" "Autometer" " Brisk performance plugs" "Nology wires" "Espesso gaskets" "Green Filters" ...
By the way, I will customize a Vx to DCOE plate my self ( or I'll try at least), I will post pictures of my complete engine once finished.
You didn't tell me your opinion for putting HC pistons along with the Vx supercharger and standard 8v camshafts (not Vx) - note that I use my car for roads only - to show off!
