Hi,

I am about to buy valve seat tool from Mira, but I would like to hear what formtool I should pick?
As I read your writings, you recommented 30/45/70 angles with 2mm seat width.

Mira has formtool 4187 which fulfills this but it can grind only 3,5mm lenght of 70 degrees angle. I'm not sure if it is enough?

Other that I found interesting, was Mira 4121, but it is not as recommented, 15/45/75, also with 2mm seat width, but width of those other angles it can do more.
Have you ever tested with those angles?

BTW... 30/45/70, if I remember right, is the same that my Kawasaki GPz 1100 (ZX1100 A1) -83 uses.

Hi,

I noticed that, but was mistaken, that it was about new edition with supplements. Actually, you answered to my pm about problems with that ordering form... :)

No worries Sami

when you get your book put the book number in your signature line and we can discuss your question. I removed the link by the way as you have to request permission from me in advance to post links.
