Checking cam lobes

In trying to find a possible EFI problem, I am checking to make sure that all the lobes on the intake cam are timed the same.
This is on a Fiat 2000cc twin cam engine.
I placed a degree wheel on the crank pulley and recorded where each cam lobe was 0.010" after full lift. I got the following results:
Cylinder 1: 0º
Cylinder 2: 180.5º
Cylinder 3: 182º
Cylinder 4: 2.5º
My questions are:
-How far off can the cam lobes be?
-Assuming a test error of +/- 1º, do these test results mean anything? I would think so, but I never checked cams for this kind of error before.
I plan on repeating the test, to see if I get similar results, and to also test the exhaust cam.
Any advice would be appreciated.
