Another Cam ID

Ive come across another set of cams that were in my old stock that have absolutely no markings on them.
They are definitely steel billets with EX cam gear drive.
Lift is 9.65mm as measured with a Dial gauge off the base circle, with no clearance. Duration is 290* @ 0.4mm
They are low lift, high duration, i cannot find references anywhere to anything with similar specs.
There are multiple holes drilled in the end of the shafts for varying dowel position, like on the Abarth cams.
Any help here would be appreciated.

Thank you again.

Abarth stamped all their cams on the main body, no markings? All their cams are cast-iron.

9.35mm & 290 deg would make a rather dull fast-road cam in any of the TC units.

Beyond that clueless, sorry.
