GENERAL QUERIES

Goodmorning Guy ,
A couple of questions ,
Firstly , It might not rest well with you but then again you might not realise the relief it might give to some of your forum users ,to have the opportunity to be able to donate something small to the forum every now and again in return for what we get from it . It seems to be a common feature on forums these days and would certainly help ease the guilt I am sure that some people feel at taking up your limited time ?
Secondly , Have you ever given or considered giving some kind of classes even on an occaisional bassis whether daily or even of a residential type tied in with a local hotel perhaps . I guess they would have to be divided between those with greater and lesser experience but I am sure you would have no shortage of takers willing to pay a decent price for the privalage ?

I would be happy with making a donation.

I regard this wbesite as the best source of information for cylinder head tuning etc.

Maybe we could use paypal.

I'd be more than happy to donate something for Guys trouble, his advice and assistance is invaluable.

I particularly like the idea of classroom.
As far as I`know, there is only the likes of Joe Mondello in the US who does classroom and course type instruction on cylinder heads.

Thank you very much for your kind remarks and offer to sponsor.

As for sponsorship - my exp is that it would not attract much attention and really the idea behind the forum from the outset was completely free and that in part it would showcase what I did (and what you all did too,it must be said) and thus some work might follow from that and it's broadly true. You should know that I do enjoy writing and actually would far rather write for a living than work hands-on all the time...

As for training it's something I would like to do - a kind of race engine academy - but I'm afraid you need so much kit around you to do it, it's impossible. If a university or college in any country were interested in setting up such a thing I should very much like to hear about it.

Thanks again, most kind, really.
