Hello Guy
Have you had any experience at porting the Ford Zetec head ? my first plan was to use the Cvh 8v head on a 2.1 Zetec block
but i have been thinking why not use a Zetec 16v head instead i have heard that its possible to get upto 550 bhp turbocharged with the Zetec head
the only problem i can think of i have never done any porting on a 16v head before can you tell me does it vary that much from a 8v ?
Regards
Lee

Re: Zetec Head Porting
Hi Lee
yes I've done some Zetec heads. I will try to find time to upload some photos and info.
Did you like the CVH follow-up (late..!) in GC V/W?

Re: Zetec Head Porting
Yes it was great it as learnt me a lot about the Cvh head and i could understand it well
I have gone for a all steel bottom end and forged pistons on a 2.1 Zetec engine
I think its going to be a bit of a waist by using the Cvh 8v so im looking into doing a big valve Zetec head
just to add what is the max flow rate on the Zetec heads guy ?
on a certain CNC website it says they are 135 cfm standard which sounds excellent if true
