Hi hepe75.
What gear box you used original from Dedra or from Delta integrale?
And what clutch you used?
Regard Kiril

Re: Lancia Dedra Integrale
I use orginal gearbox(it's same delta integrale) but I change rear differential from Delta integrale, because there is TORSEN and Dedra rear differential not
Clutch disc 228mm(orginal 235mm)
and clutch assembly is 30% more stiff to orginal

Re: Lancia Dedra Integrale
I had a one-year break, for Lancia building...
but now i start building again
DIY
exhaust manifold + New turbo(gt 28 76)
DIY
intake manifold(not ready)
intake manifold & not painted exhaust manifold
and yes, the throttle should be in a different direction than usual

Re: Lancia Dedra Integrale
I do recommend that you spend more time on the header and try to improve the ratio of chord radius to pipe ID. Ideally you want a ratio of 2:1 or better - in other words the most generous chord rad you can get. I've tested several aftermarket tubular headers lately from turbo 4 cyl units and the pressure drop due to adverse bends is very high - near 50% in some cases.

Re: Lancia Dedra Integrale
I know that this is not perfect, but it has my own manufactured(first one ever) and the target is that it would be better than the original exhaust manifold is

Re: Lancia Dedra Integrale
As pre usual practice here my comments are constructive observations and not - criticism.
Without testing the original manifold you have no way of knowing whether yours is better or nor but be aware that it is easier to generate beneficial curvature with a casting than tube (in confined layouts anyway..) and it is a common misconception that pipe will be better 'per se'. It will not be if you have very restrictive bends like your layout has.
