Hello Everyone!

I'm posting a few picturess of my inlet manifold during the build.

The engine in use is a Ford Escort RS2000 inline 4. The head slightly ported (ports are sanded with 80 grit, all ridges removed, seat matched, a few geometry tweaks for higher flow, 3 angle cut, deshrouded valves, chamferred the combustion chamber ), new OE valves, guides, lightweight OE mahle pistons are fitted. Right now OE cams are used with 10.7:1 compression ratio. Everything is converted to be installed in my Ford Sierra 4x4.

The inlet manifold length is designed for peak horsepower to occur at 6000rpm.
