Uno turbo increased capacity

I have read that the stroke of a 1301cc uno turbo engine is the same as a 1500cc X1/9 engine with your knowlege of these engines do you think the 1301 block could be bored out to 1500cc and use the 1500cc pistions and keep the fuel injection and turbo.
Also does the twin cam book you wrote work for the SOHC engines as well or is there another book.

No on both counts, sorry,

You can put the 1372 crank rods and pistons into the 1301. It fits, but a little machining may be required on the block for a bit more clearance.
