Weber idf40 (13,15) a lot of questions :)

Hi all
I`ve been fighting with those stacks
And it looks like any of aftermarket sinle trumpets are 40mm bottom dia and the idf40 13/15 are 37 :/.

Now is it going to make a difference ? The will be a small edge because of dia difference?
