Fiat 1608 TC camshaft ID-number?

I'm posting this question for a friend of mine.

Is there any chance to identify a Fiat 1608 TC camshafts by ID number?

From your book I see that the 1608 head should have 4268803 or 4326319 as casting number and the inlet valve size is 42.4 mm, which could also be used as identification if the cams are still mounted?
