do you have possibility to use Fiat/Lancia tester or equivalent PC software for diagnosing/troubleshooting engine management related issues?

I would suggest to start with the stock chip and then perform diagnostics.

You could also send me the binaries to take a look at them, I run business in engine managment and I have tools to read the maps correctly.

By the way, you could never use binary from 2.0 16v N/A car, as those cars do not have dizzyless ignition, and phase sensor is inductive (while yours is of Hall type).
