Re: Fiat 128 model '72 -Stage 1-
Hi, I brought some pictures of the car and engine parts.
Photos of the car when I buy it:
After changing some parts:
Reinforcement was performed on the body:
In the workshop of the painter
Work can be seen on the cranks:
Engine 1100 cc to 1400 cc:
Forged piston:
Reform to the command switch:
Sorry for my English not very good. And soon I will be counting as the next stage is made.
Should they have any questions ask me.
Byee

Sorry Federico
been that busy lately hardly been able to write on the site at all. Doing my best.
Will look in on this one when I get a moment slightly longer than 2 minutes without the phone ringing.
In the meantime !! MEMBERS!! can we have a bit of enthusiasm for this super project from a friend so far away?

I'm probably your closest neighbour being just across the rio de la plata (Pocitos-MVD).
You are taking on a big project there federico_878 by the looks of it. Total restoration.
Can you find parts easily in Buenos Aires?
From 1100 to 1400 is a dramatic increase. Are you working on this yourself or have technical assistance?
Regards
Chris

I can relate to you about the poor quality of products here in South America. I try to buy smaller/critical parts from Europe if I can.Is true we are close.

What I meant about "technical assistance" was that if you had help or are working on the car alone? Re-boring etc.
