no!

They may have used the bolts from the Gamma rods but the rods I refer to (certainly on the 131 16v) were machined with bigger holes to accept bigger bolts.

GC, do You any photo of Abarth rod, besides a photo from this thread ?
http://guy-croft.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=592

I have not seen before a polished crankcase, in my case I want to dress it to remove a high spots and make it all more smooth and I think it's sufficient.

BTW. I noticed that You used a new cam buckets, do You often use a new set ? I have plenty of good used (checked by Your advices from 2010 book) and I wanted to use them.

yes I have a photo of an Abarth rod, I will post tomorrow,

I use new Fiat buckets if only I have no good used ones, they rarely wear except where the valve tip sits, they can wear badly there, but not on outer diameter... good system really..

OK !

By the way, do You have a photo of 037 rod ? I heard that 037 rods were slightly different than 124 and 131 Abarth, this is true ?

This is a little off the thread, but the Lancia Delta S4 had a unique displacement engine block specifically designed for the the Lancia Delta S4. The displacement was 1759.3 cc's. The block was unique to the Delta S4. The engine combined supercharging and turbocharging developed somewhere between 480 and 560 hp in race trim. Word is that Abarth engineers cranked up the boost to 5 bars and recorded around 1,000 Hp on a dyno.
