Fiat Twin Cam Head markd FF 4371507

Greetings, we recently acquired the ex-John Held ( Arkansas USA) 124 race car . The head has casting marks "FF" ( instead of a Fiat series #) and 4371507.

Can anyone shed light on this ???

That head is a USA spec head from a fuel injected 2.0l, I do not know of applications across the pond.
