Post by torkil »

Hi Mr Croft

In my X 19 witch is converted to 2 liter , by using a Croma Turbo block merrid to a 16 V Integrale 16 V head,

I want to convert to 1 inch cam belt old pattern tooth style.

What type off crank pulley will fit . and from what type off engine,I have two early blocks 8v about 1986 year blocks ,
both blocks is fitted with pulley for3/4 belt, old pattern. rear flanged 3 bolt ?

I do not not have a suitable crank pulley for this. I would not do it either, the later generation belt used on the Integrale is prefectly suitable for this application. A superior toothform to the old 3/8" automotive pitch.

There are a few folk who offer a conversion but I would no way get involved in that. There are too many rather 'dodgy 'solutions' for engines 'floating around' that have not been properly designed or executed (made) - for my liking.
