Hi all

This is my car:

Suspension:
Yellow bilstein and H&R - 60mm springs

Engine:

-opel omega intercooler (double size than stock)
-greddy style blow off valve
-HKS air filter
-stock exhaust without cat and with spoon n1 end muffler
- LE 3.2 Jetronic engine management with perfectpower smt6 piggyback (fuel and ignition)

I'm installing:

-T25 turbocharger .49 (compressor) .64 (turbine)
-240cc injectors

I'm waiting for turbine housing now, and then i'm going to tune the engine with 1 - 1.2 bar boost

T25 can max 1.4bar boost. Check the pressure direct after ther charger.

Lovelly car and wonderfull wheels.
True oldschool.

Are you having any problems using that blow-off,like bad idle, slower spool-up after the throtle has been realesed and then pressed again?

thank you!

Lui, very nice car but I have just a small observation - check the angle of the harness from the back of the seat to the mountings. From the photos it appears to be quite a steep angle and that is very dangerous, especially if the seat is mounted onto the original Fiat seat mounting points.

Ideally the straps should be close to horizontal from the back of the seat to its mountings.

The absolute maximum angle (from horizontal) is 45 degrees, anything more than that is regarded as dangerous.

If I'm wrong and it is just what it looks like from the photos then please ignore me!

Hi Lui!

It's nice to see man from my ground. I'm very like UT and your car is very nice. Simply, fast and without any body-kit's, etc... Keep that way!

Greetings for all, because it's my first post on this forum. Soon I will try to introduce my old car ¢‚¬Å“ Fiat 126p build for amatours rally in Poland.

Sorry if my english is wrong to read, I'll try to learn more ;).

Best regards,
Martin

It is only looks that, it is quite more than 45 degrees (according to FIA J appendix)
Shoulder straps will be fixed to the safety cage that i'm going to install soon

I'm going to compete in hillclimb events in Czech Republic this year.

Evrything work fine, it depend on the blow off valve type and spring tension.

I have membrane blow off valve with a quite hard spring and it works good,

Earlier I was using single and twin piston blow off valve. Twin piston valve is a better solution than single piston it have faster response.

Nice Uno turbo!

You have similar engine modification to my Uno turbo. How well does the piggyback work? Do you have an air fuel ratio plot?

Problem with such type of piggyback is that it only control output of airflow meter signal, and it rather can make mixture lean than rich

so it is essential to install larger injectors or/and rise fuel pressure to make mixture suitably rich and then tune properly AFR on low revs and without boost

but

smt6 have a few advantages:
- ignition control
- boost / additional injector(s) / nitrous control
- it is very easy to install and tune (well known in Poland)
- low price ! (new - 110 pounds)

I didin't finish T25 conversion yet so I didn't start mapping.... (lack of time :/ )

But the pipe from the wastegate on the manifold. But think about the surge zone (left area in the flow map) -> high exhaust pressure between exhaust valve and turbo.

I don't understand what do you mean?

Compressor shouldn't work in surge even if I will have full boost 1000rpm earlier
