You can "play" with the cam a bit. But maybe you should try a 12.5:1 up to 3000rpm. Engine advance is also good up to 2 degrees max in no boost area.
You'll have to know that your engine (uno-punto turbo) can make up to 400hp and stay at 1400cc. The secret is in the head, the electrics (ecu), turbo, the parts you'll use and ofcourse the man who's going to "build" the whole thing.
There's an example of a Greek Drag uno with 1.400cc and 398hp.
And no, I'm not Polish. But my wife is.

I made a mixtur leanere in no boost area, it helped a bit.
Now I have more advanced piggyback computer, I can directly control injectors opening time and retard ignition up to 45deg. I'm trying to make antilag system
