Triumph Herald 1600 Twin Cam

Post by mike5427 »

I am new to the forum, thought I would post a few pictures of my sons Triumph Herald 1600 twin cam which I have been working on for the last year,
1600cc, 2l cams, Weber 38 dgas carburettor five speed Fiat gearbox, I will post more detailed shots of the conversion, chassis work etc soon. Sorry members I uploaded photos that were two large, just redone these so should now fit page.

Nice, bet it flies with that engine. Pictures a little too big to see clearly, might be worth reducing actual size

It does look good. I ended up driving the Heralds sporty brother today, one of my friends brought his Vitesse round. It was an interesting drive an a nice lively car to have fun in. I can only imagine how exciting your twin cam is.
