No Guy Ultra fast road/track use only, maybe a Hill climb or sprint at a push......I can only afford to build it the once :)

Nice to have exhaust specialist around!

I'll do all my exhaust jobs on local specialist who does the job with years of experience and reasonable price.

Keep us updated Ian!

Just got back from Tony Law Exhausts this Morning with my new system. I'm very Impressd with the price and service they gave me,not to mention the quality exhaust system they produced in such a small amount of time. Everything Me and Guy asked for they did in terms of design and application, even managing to somehow shoehorn 27 inches of Primary pipe per cylinder in a very small gap. They even gave me a selection of Tail pipes so I can peruse over the correct look.

Another great job by Tony Law exhausts!

I figured it might come down to that setup with the space aval.

Miles removed from my battered old NHRA header (below) in terms of execution but exactly the same idea. That was a 27" 4-1 as well - ZERO pressure drop on flowtest so this bodes well for performance. Same one used on Miro's engine on dyno test.

Squeezing that thing into a LHD Lada is a real pain, but in RHD....takes some serious skills! Nice crafsmanship, that's all I can say.

Nice exhaust and beautiful header. Is that some form of ceramic coating on the outside?

Usual story here folks, not enough time in the day to do regular posts and work at the same time. Progress has been swift over the last 6 weeks or so as the usual boredom hasn't yet kicked in, which is what normally happens when I've been working on the same car for 12 months....... there’s time yet though! However the lada has finally knocked the fight out of me and I need a few nights off to get some sleep and re group my thoughts.
I find that project car Interiors are normally a separate project within themselves and can't ever be overlooked as they take a lot more planning and skill than the exterior often and its tricky to get them looking right. The stripped out WRC/Group A look I've decided to do here is relatively easy to do as the parts can be simply be bought "off the shelf" unlike trying to build bespoke sports or luxury interiors were standard trim parts can be difficult to find. With the stripped out look the work comes with the making the architecture of the car work with everything, they lots of fabrication to the floor of the car simply because the standard car is so far away from where your trying to get.....Anyway after about 200 skinny cutting disks 50 odd grinding disks and about 6 mile of welding, and a bit of plate this is what I came up with...............
