I believe Ben didnt have the time to continue but a number of people offered to contribute but it just disappeared. I have emailed Ben (branda?) on here saying I would take it on but have had no response yet

I'm still here! In no particular order, there were a number of things which conspired against me including renewal, PC dying (losing renewal and log-in details), getting fed up with manually removing 100s of spam registrations each week, spam email, changing ISP and email accounts etc. Each issue made it more like hard work to get the site back.

Having said that, I would dearly love to get the site back up and running. I'm hoping it can be retrieved from the host or maybe my dead PC. But I could do with some help maintaining things because I don't have as much time on my hands these days.

I do miss the site though - which is why I ended up here! I'm running points again (having ditched Lumenition) but looking at 123 Ignition http://www.sciperformance.co.uk/onlines ... TC4RV.html . Has anyone tried this?

Hy Ben,

I have one on my 1969 volvo 6 cylinder inline Boat engine and it works perfect. It was the best thing I ever bought.
Due to the position of the distributor over the header and the temperature I will try to install Mark Allison's block mounted distributor in my Fiat, if the German government accepts this for classic car use.
If it is not allowed 123 ignition ex cam driven distributor will be my decision. It looks classic but works completely processor driven. From 3.000 to 7.000 rpms the angle won't move only one degree.

You should get in touch with H&H Ignition - see links. They are excellent - outstanding even - and are my 1st tier supplier They can do the most remarkable things with ignition systems - overhaul, calibration, conversions you would not believe..
