Yes good work there. Well done.

I'd like to get my Alfa 90 degree air intakes looking like that. They are crude rough castings from Alfa.

While the family is watching some poor on tv that might be the time to get the dremel out and start polishing.

Y'all enjoying the view and nothing wrong with that. Mitch is learning and having fun too.

Here are some facts (well, as I consider them to be) from some of the most intensive flowtesting that I have done you can imagine:

1. The difference between burr and 80 grade finish in most of the port & inlet is about 1-2% at best
2. There is no difference in flow anywhere (incl SSR) betw 80 and 120 grade
3. 80 grade looks really 'naff' (ugly - half-finished) compared with 120 grade and for many years I have been finishing at 120 grade purely for cosmetic reasons.
