Block heights

Post by MinorTC »

I have a spare Fiat twin-cam, which was sold to me as an 1800cc, but on measuring its stroke using some wire down the spark plug hole, I reckon it may be a 1600cc.

Does anyone know the different block heights for the various capacities? This one measures 26cm.

Engine number on block is 132CB1, 4341221. On the plinth is 132B1.000. Head number is 4371507.

Thanks,
Honza

1585 cc stroke is 71.5mm
1756 is 79.2mm
1995 is 90mm

A ruler should tell you which it is.
