Integrale 16v N/A inlet cam upgrade - would Fiat coupe work?

Post by Infectus-Guy »

Hi all,
Having fitted an N/A inlet cam from a delta gt i.e. to my hf turbo i.e. and felt the benefits, I would like to do the same to my 16v engine before i put it into my Delta Evo. The typical choice was a 16v Tipo Sedici inlet cam but they're getting somewhat rare these days. Does anyone know if the inlet cam from an N/A 16v Fiat Coupe would have a similar effect?
Thanks for any ideas,
Guy

You could use any n/a 16v inlet cam, yes.

I'm interested to hear your impressions on the cam upgrade in your HF. Did you do any other mods?

Have been given a tip-off! Nik pointed me towards this info-

16v Turbo
Inlet lift- 8.6mm
Exhaust lift- 7.5mm

16v N/A
Inlet lift- 9.57mm
Exhaust lift- 9.57mm

Not sure how it compares to the tipo cams, but the N/A certainly has more lift.
