DELLORTO dhla basic setup

i have a Fiat x19 1500cc 8 valve engine with a high lift cam, ported and gas flowed head, bigger in let valves and a free flow exhaust pipe. the carbs i am going to use are a set of dellorto dhla 40 what i would like to know is
1) what size jets should i be looking at to start with
2) what size chokes should i use

If you already have the DHLA 40s please first list sizes of what you have already in them:

4 x chokes (will be 28-34mm)
4 x emulsion tubes
4 x main jets
4 x air correctors
4 x idle jets
4 x pump jets
2 x float needle valve

Once I see what you have there I'll advise the setup. If you don't have them yet, are you buying new?

Due to the high cost of jets and chokes i would trailer it to a rolling road and pay once.
Just make sure they have a full selection of jets and chokes for dellortos.
