NO THANKS TO NGK UK

My 17 year relationship with NGK UK as a distributor of race plugs was peremptorily ended last week by a manager I've never heard of.
Apparently my spend wasn't high enough. I have used and recommended NGK for 17 years and written about them in my books.
I'm singularly unimpressed by the manager at NGK UK and in fact it took 3 phones calls to discover the reason why they would not an order from me which is plain rude.
I shall be writing to NGK headquarters in due course about this.
