16V turbo big end bearing options

After a turbo failure with the owner driving on, I am planning on replacing the con rod bearings because of the low oil pressure the engine has seen for the last 250 kilometers. This is the 16V lampredi lump seen in Integrales, Fiat Coupe and the Alfa Romeo 155 Q4. The stock bearings are "tri metal" and should be okay, but I would like to put in sputtered bearings if at all available. Would anyone know if they exist for this engine?
