I've got the list data on A-44/4M and A-44/6/M

but oddly - not 5M!

If you measure the nominal lift with a dti between centers I can probably figure out the rest. I think the M stands for Montecarlo so one probably has a drive gear for the inlet-side cambox mounted distr on that engine (not the same as Fiat 124..)

Hallo gents,

I see this is an old thread. This is what I am playing and learning about at the moment!

I checked the specs as my Alquati Book of 1984 states these cams as:

Lancia Beta MonteCarlo C148 Lift is 10.9 as new, yes.

The cam timing given as per Alquati is:
Asp. 48 - 67 and Sca 65 - 46

The A-44/6/M has the same timing with 11.3mm lift and used the C201 profile.

The A-44/4/M has been given as 40 - 80 and 80 - 40 with a lift of 10.35mm

A variant known as A-44/4/87m also exsist and given as 42 - 82 and 82 - 42 with a lift of 10.6mm

I hope this helps.
