Standard engine dimensional and tolerance info for the range Fiat 131/132/Argenta 2 liter, Lancia Beta 2 liter. Source OE manual, check with me before any critical machining ops but I think it's pretty well correct. Hopefully useful for anyone contemplating a 'strip and inspect'.
Look out for differences engine to engine such as early valve guides which can be 15mm nominal OD and small variations in valve head diameter. Also always be aware that your engine may have odd factory undersize crank journals (always check with micrometer as replacement shells are NOT avail and you must NOT grind the 2 liter crank), and odd valve guide sizes (always bigger, sometimes by as much as 0.5mm).
This info is common to many other TC 2 liter, eg: Strada 13TC Lancia Volumex but with bigger inlet valves 43.5mm, and likewise much of the data is common to smaller TC units too - if in doubt about what's different on your engine - check with me.
